The British Council, C Venues, Southbank Centre, Wales Millennium Centre and Cryptic Theatre present highlights of Indonesian culture in the UK through a national tour.
The tour, which coincides with the celebrations for the 70th anniversary of Indonesian independence represents the first and largest ever showcase of Indonesian arts and culture in the UK to date; visiting the UK’s foremost arts and cultural venues in England, Wales and Scotland, ensuring a truly national event. The tour features acts across music, dance, theatre and visual art - includes captivating modern work, as well as that which reflects the traditions of the Indonesian people. This tour is an introduction of British Council’s Indonesia Season to both audiences.
