About the Workshop:

Digital accessibility is essential to ensure everyone can access online content and services equally. However, many platforms are not designed inclusively, creating barriers for people with disabilities. This Accessibility Workshop aims to raise awareness of these challenges while providing practical guidance to enhance digital content accessibility.

Objectives & Scope:

In a 2.5-hour interactive session, participants will explore key accessibility principles, engage in hands-on activities, and learn to use tools like screen readers and contrast checkers. By adopting accessible design practices, attendees will be better equipped to create digital content that is inclusive and user-friendly for all.

This workshop is ideal for:

  • Web designers, developers, content creators, and anyone involved in creating or managing digital content.
  • People or organisations who want to learn more about inclusive digital practices.
  • Beginners or those with limited knowledge of digital accessibility.
  • 30 participants with digital device (laptop is mostly recommended).
