The International Young Creative Entrepreneur Award (IYCE) links the most talented young creative entrepreneurs from around the world with top creative industries leaders in the UK. The country winners travel to meet creative entrepreneurs based in the UK and visit their enterprises.

The annual competition is unique for recognising and connecting a global network of innovative emerging entrepreneurs in the creative and cultural sector. It champions those who find new ways to take creative work to audiences and communities – e.g. new models of production, distribution, value – and highlights the wider social, economic and cultural benefits in doing so.

Above all, IYCE is a mindset. It is about demonstrating leadership to develop the creative sector and cultural market, while taking risks, seeing opportunities and nurturing passion.

In 2012 we presented an even more exciting programme of UK visits for the ‘Fashion & Design’ sector and ‘Screen & Interactive’ sector.
